Below are descriptions of each type of IGEA Membership. Please review to ensure you apply for the appropriate type of membership. 

$45.00 Individual Annual 

Includes one person only. Does not include a co-owner.

$125.00 Family Farm Annual

This includes the primary member and eight (8) additional members.

$10.00 Annual Family Farm Guest Member 

In order for your IGEA registered equine to be eligible to receive IGEA Show Points, exhibitors/riders of your IGEA registered equine must be an IGEA Member. Annual Family Farm Members can add a Guest Member to their membership for a $10 annual fee to ensure IGEA Show Points are eligible. Annual Family Farm Guest Membership is per exhibitor/rider. Therefore, if you have multiple exhibitors/riders, you must complete a Guest Member application for each exhibitor/rider. Guest Membership must be renewed annually.

$25.00 Youth

A one-time fee until the age of 18 years.

$35.00 Associate Annual

Does not own an IGEA Equine.

$275.00 Individual Lifetime

Includes one person only. Does not include a co-owner.

$675.00 Family Farm Lifetime

Includes the Primary Member and eight (8) additional members.

The IGEA Schedule Of Fees is now IGEA Fees and Service Request Form and must be included with any Paper Forms for Service. 

 IGEA Membership runs from January 1st through December 31st of each year. Memberships paid on or after September lst of any year, runs paid through to December 31st of the following year.

• IGEA recognizes and records Gypsy Genetics involved when verified in the Registration of Gypsy Part Breds and IGEA recognized Breed Development Programs that utilize upbreeding

• IGEA provides specific Stud Book Category choices for Gypsy Crosses and Stud Books for IGEA recognized Breed Development Programs

As a Member of IGEA, I agree to follow the IGEA Rules & Regulations pertaining to, and including Registration procedures and rules, and the IGEA Mission Statement I will be respectful of other IGEA Members, other fellow equine owners and exhibitors at any equine venue or function, such as Shows, Fairs, Parades. If I do not agree with others and I deem it necessary, I will handle my concern of disagreement in a professional manner, and seek proper procedures and channels to handle my disagreement. I will not openly criticize, threaten or express any will to do harm, to any other Members, non Members, other Registries or Clubs, exhibitors or spectators in any equine venue. I agree that I shall always do my best to operate by the “Golden Rule”. I recognize and understand that being an IGEA Member is a privilege to be appreciated and respected, and not a personal right.

​IGEA Members may also apply for assignment of a unique Farm/Herd prefix name to be used in the naming of an equine. The Farm/Herd prefix name can be submitted with the new member application on the proper IGEA Farm/Herd Prefix Name application form, along with the one time fee of $ 75.00 (seventy-five dollars US). Assignment of approved Farm/Herd Prefix names within the IGEA reserves and protects your Farm/Herd Prefix name within the IGEA, so that no one else may use your assigned and reserved Farm/Herd Prefix name.
