Welcome to the official International Gypsy Equine Association (IGEA Registry) Resource Library. To ensure the fastest possible processing times and secure data handling, all online applications must be submitted through our secure online forms below

🛑 Important Notice: Your queue clock for processing begins when a properly completed application including all required photos, documentation, and cleared payment for ordered services is received. 

💳 Service Fees & Payment Policies

• Pricing Structure: Please review the IGEA Fees & Service Request Form below to view complete Member and Non-Member pricing structures, so that you know your total fee amount due.

• Immediate PayPal/Credit Checkout: Upon submitting any digital application, our system will instantly present you with a secure payment link on your screen. You can pay fees using PayPal, Debit or Credit Card. Please remember to provide your Name and Horse's Name in the checkout field! You must know your total fees due to utilize this direct payment service.

• Digital Invoicing: If you prefer to receive a digital invoice via email (payable securely via Credit Card/Square), simply select the "Request an Invoice" option at the bottom of your registration form. Invoices are generated and emailed automatically within 2 business days.

• Check Policies: We still accept traditional checks. Checks must be made payable to IGEA Registry and mailed directly to our central office. Note: Processing timelines begin only when your physical check clears our bank.

🧬 DNA, Health, & Color Lab Testing Instructions

If you are ordering DNA testing, Health Panels, or Color Panels:

1. Complete and submit your online registration or service form below.

2. Locate the Official Lab Form in the document links below and print it out.

3. Complete the physical form and mail it directly to our office along with your horse's required hair sample.
