IGEA Gypsy Mule Stud Book & Eligibility Requirements 

At the IGEA Registry, we provide an official, dedicated Stud Book to recognize, document, and promote the unique qualities of the Gypsy Mule. 

Stud Book Eligibility 

To qualify for official entry into the IGEA Gypsy Mule Stud Book, the Gypsy Mule must meet the following strict ancestral and genetic standards:

• Documented Heritage: Only stock produced from documented, registered Gypsy Equines are eligible for registration.

• Genetic Minimum: Must be a minimum of 25% documented Gypsy genetics.

• Mandatory Verification: Official DNA Parent Verification back to the registered Gypsy lineage is strictly required.

IGEA reserves the right and final decision to approve or decline any application.
