IGEA Event Points Program

Eligible qualifying events include both small and large public venues. Examples include, but are not limited to:

• Equine Affaire

• Midwest Horse Fair

• Northwest Horse Fair

• State Fairs

• Equine Fairs

• Rodeo Venues

• Parades

• BreyerFest - Breed Parade

• Breed Demonstrations

• Riding Demonstrations

• Specialty Equine Performance Venues

IGEA Event Points Program Season

• The Season: Our event season runs from January 1st through December 31st.

• Point Tracking: Year-end points are recorded and are cumulative. They count toward your horse's Lifetime Points and prestigious IGEA Titles of Achievement.

Report Form Requirements

Gypsy Equines participating in the IGEA Show Points and Awards Program must be IGEA Registered and the Owner(s) and Exhibitor(s) must have a current IGEA Membership in good standing.  

• Eligibility: Participating Gypsy Equines must be IGEA Registered, and the Exhibitor must be a current IGEA Member in good standing.

• Standard Deadline: All forms must be submitted to the IGEA Office within 30 days of each eligible event.

• Late Submissions: Points forms received after the 30-day deadline (if completed correctly and verifiable) will count toward Lifetime Titles, but will not be eligible for Year-End Awards.

• Final Year-End Deadline: The absolute final deadline to submit any and all forms for the previous year is January 31st.
